Description
Brendan comes to Future having previously run his own virtual coaching business, training clients to enjoy effective workouts with minimal equipment. Additionally, he’s taught group fitness at Orangetheory Fitness and taught boxing at Shadowbox. Brendan also worked for five years as a Crossfit coach, learning the ins and outs of Olympic weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and mobility.
Following injury-ending Division I college football and US National Rugby League careers, Brendan became inspired to become a coach. As a former athlete who has overcome injuries, he understands the importance of injury prevention and rehab. In his role as a coach, he works to help clients train for stability and longevity to avoid injuries and enjoy movement.
Brendan’s main goal is to help clients have fun while they learn to embrace the value of healthier habits. He does this by listening to clients to design and implement science-based training programs tailored to their goals and lifestyles. With a holistic approach to training he emphasizes his creed, “Feel good, look good, play good”, to help his clients enjoy the benefits of their efforts as they progress through every workout.
